Work Experience

Developed and enhanced CRM features within Paycom’s HCM platform using PHP, MySQL, React, and JavaScript. Worked in the CRM Sales General team to help internal users track sales activity and maintain accurate client data with reliable workflows.

Built and maintained automated test coverage as part of ERCOT’s Test Automation team. Wrote and ran Selenium and Tricentis Tosca tests, collaborated with developers to debug failures, and improved reliability by reducing flakiness and tightening assertions.

Served as a Teacher’s Assistant for CSCE 120 (C++), helping students build a strong foundation in core computer science concepts. Supported learning through office hours, assignment feedback, and guidance that connected programming fundamentals to real problem-solving.

Mentored first-year students as part of Hullabaloo U, supporting their transition into college life. Helped students navigate resources, schedules, and expectations while encouraging confidence and healthy study habits.
